- VCI 704 3-D bags are placed inside the pallets.
- Components are duly oiled with VCI 135 E Ex oils.
- Components are placed on separators.
- Separators are treated or covered with VCI 702 bags.
- VCI Pouches 4200 & 19000 are placed inside the pallet bags.
- VCI Bags are duly heat sealed with an impulse sealer

- VCI 703 Carton Liners are placed on the cartons.
- Aluminum components are directly placed on the bag.

- Separators are covered in VCI 702 plastic to prevent the humidity from the corrugation to impact the components.
- Second layer of components is placed on the bags
- The bags are duly sealed with heat sealer and folded with a tape.

- Electrical Motors are first covered with VCI Paper.
- Since these have to be used on an assembly line individual motors cannot be packed in VCI bags.
- VCI bags are placed in the pallet and motors are placed inside the honeycomb structure.

- Castings are first cleaned with Cl005 Cleaning Media.
- Components are then oiled with VCI 135 E - Ex rust preventive.
- The component is covered with VCI 702 bags and heat sealed.
- Components are placed in PP separated honeycomb structure to prevent physical damage.

- Machineries and Car bodies are packed in VCI 704 bags.
- These cannot be appied with VCI oils, hence the more critical areas are coverd with VCI paper which remains in contact with the surfaces that need extra protection.
- To counteract the effects of humidity these are treated with VCI 4200 emitter & VCI 19000 desiccant pouches
